Refund policy

RETURNS

At this time Fringe + Fuchsia only offers in-store credit for returns. 

 

  • Fringe + Fuchsia must receive your return for in-store credit within 14 days of your order date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an in-store credit as a refund.
  • All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it as well as in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete all returns.
  • All tags must be in tact and not tampered with
  • Clothing items must be returned scent-free (including smoke-free and perfume-free), unworn, unwashed, and free of pet dander and deodorant.


Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fringeandfuchsia@gmail.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable and considered Final Sale 

  • Sale Items
  • All Accessories
  • All Hats
  • All Jewelry
  • Lingerie/Intimates


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  This includes all items purchased using a discount code.  


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 816 North Taylor Avenue , Mason City IA 50401, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Defective Items

All defective items received must be reported within 3 days of receiving.  Merchandise that is washed and/or worn is not able to be returned.
